“Lindsay” -- This charming 9½ year old girl was found when she was five years old. She is deaf in both ears, and is learning sign language. She is described as an active and carefree girl. She does well in school, and enjoys getting praise from her teachers. This lovely and thoughtful girl is waiting for her forever family who has access to the resources she needs to reach her full potential.
