This sweet little girl was found at a railway station in September 2008. She has visual impairment due to optic atrophy and wears glasses, but she is otherwise healthy. She has some developmental delays and is currently living at and attending a school for the visually impaired. Her caregivers describe her as a very affectionate little girl with a cute smile and cheerful disposition. She is in need of a family who are able to provide her with any medical care and therapies that she may need.
